From Factory to Farm: How Wolize Empowers Global Aquaculture with Certified, Customizable Breeding Solutions
PR Newswire
ZIBO, China, Nov. 2, 2026
ZIBO, China, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — According to the Food and Agriculture Organization’s 2026 State of World Fisheries and Aquaculture report, global aquaculture production is growing at more than 5% a year. Demand for commercial-scale farming equipment is rising steadily in emerging markets across Africa, South America, and Southeast Asia. Traditional pond farming, however, still struggles with water waste, difficult-to-control disease, and limited stocking density. Farmers buying equipment face another set of problems: high facility costs, long customization lead times, and the difficulty of coordinating multiple suppliers.
Shandong Wolize Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Wolize”) is a professional fish pond manufacturer and aquaculture equipment supplier. The company is moving beyond manufacturing into farm operations, offering certified, customizable, and fast-delivery aquaculture solutions. These are designed to help clients worldwide upgrade their operations with minimal barriers to entry.
Wolize’s product line covers PVC fish tanks in round, oval, and rectangular shapes, along with galvanized-sheet and galvanized-pipe tanks, koi ponds, and water storage bladders. Its flagship offering is recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), for both shrimp and fish. Customers range from home aquaculture enthusiasts and aquarium retailers to commercial farms. They can source multiple product categories from a single supplier, which saves them the cost of coordinating several vendors. That breadth reflects how the company views the barriers to entry in aquaculture.
“At Wolize, we believe every aquaculturist, whether a home hobbyist or a commercial aquaculture business, should have access to professional-grade equipment,” said Lynn Han, CEO of Wolize. “Our mission is to deliver certified, customizable aquaculture solutions around the world, meeting customer needs with the speed and flexibility modern markets demand.”
Under this belief, Wolize’s PVC tank line offers concrete advantages in low logistics costs, rapid deployment, and self-draining waste removal. Its PVC canvas tanks on galvanized-pipe frames are a representative example: the collapsible design cuts the volume of an empty tank by about 70% when folded, allowing more than 70 sets to fit in a standard 40-foot container and significantly lowering ocean freight per unit. The tanks come standard with fish-waste collection units and self-draining devices, which can reduce fry mortality and the labor costs of water changes. Thickened PVC canvas paired with hot-dip galvanized frames is designed for a service life of more than 10 years and can withstand the high temperatures and intense ultraviolet light of the Middle East, extreme cold in Central Asia (with an insulating shed), and coastal salt-spray environments. Standard PVC and galvanized products have a one-set minimum order, and samples can be delivered in seven days. Orders of 50 sets or more are negotiated separately. They are particularly suited to markets sensitive to logistics costs and deployment speed, such as Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
Meanwhile, the RAS line is designed for commercial farms that want to push stocking densities higher and keep more of the production cycle under control. Each system brings together solids separation, biological treatment, disinfection, temperature control, and water recirculation. Water use is under 10% of that required by conventional earthen ponds, while stocking densities can reach 8–10 times those of traditional systems. Indoor, year-round production also means winter and extreme weather have less impact on output. The shrimp RAS is built from food-grade PP to reduce the risk of metal-ion contamination. It targets shrimp exporters in Europe, North America, the coastal Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
For these products, Wolize has built supporting capabilities that span certification, customization, and delivery. The company holds ISO 9001, CE, RoHS, and SGS certifications. It offers light customization, customization from drawings, customization from samples, and on-demand customization, with design proposals in three days. Samples of standard PVC and galvanized products are delivered in seven days, while RAS projects move forward on a production schedule set after the design is confirmed.
