Larridin, Inc.®, the AI value measurement platform that proves AI’s impact across the human and agent workforce, today announced it has raised $30 million in Series A funding. Pelion Ventures led the round with existing investors Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Gradient Ventures, and new investors GFT, W23, Thayer, DG Daiwa Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and Cougar Capital. This financing brings Larridin’s total funding to $47 million.

Underscoring the growing need to measure AI’s business impact, Larridin also announced its quarterly Engineering AI Impact Report, offering new insights into how AI is currently reshaping productivity, costs, and workflows.

Turning AI Spend Into Measurable Business Value

Larridin is an enterprise-wide AI measurement and intelligence platform that connects AI adoption and application, productivity, and spend data to the work of people and agents across the business, helping leaders understand where AI is delivering value, where to invest, and which workflows to automate.

To date, Larridin has measured more than 2 billion AI sessions and tracked more than 82,000 workflows end-to-end. Across its customer base, Larridin reports a 47% average increase in measurable team output and a median $2.4 million AI spend optimized within the first year. With this funding, Larridin will accelerate product development and expand its teams to further build out the capabilities of the industry’s most complete AI intelligence platform.

“Enterprise AI has moved quickly from innovation budget to financial accountability, and our investors share our conviction that companies must be able to prove tangible business value from skyrocketing AI spend,” said Russ Fradin, CEO of Larridin. “Our Series A funding reflects their deep belief in our technology to solve this critical challenge, enabling us to deliver even greater data insights into every AI-powered workflow across the enterprise.”

Larridin’s customer data shows why traditional AI adoption metrics are incomplete. At one customer, 92% of engineers were active AI users, yet one single engineer accounted for roughly 65% of the team’s entire AI spend in one week. At another, Larridin found a 66x difference in cost per shipped engineering change between two AI tools performing comparable work, uncovering tens of thousands of dollars in reducible spend. This exemplifies why enterprises increasingly need to measure not just who is using AI, but the output it produces and the associated costs, to make important business decisions.

“Larridin fills a vital gap for enterprise leaders by delivering real transparency into AI and tying every dollar spent directly to measurable business outcomes,” said Jeff Kearl, General Partner at Pelion Ventures. “As AI adoption scales across entire organizations, Larridin empowers executive teams with the intelligence to maximize their return on investment and build a clear path to long-term value creation.”

Larridin customers, including SurveyMonkey, Vertiv, Klaviyo, Gainsight, Globality, TigerConnect, EcoVadis, Sundt, and companies across a broad range of industries, use the platform to measure, manage, and optimize AI adoption, productivity, and spend across teams and departments, turning fragmented data into actionable business intelligence.

“Larridin’s exponential growth and partnerships with industry-leading customers reinforce our confidence that the company has built an indispensable platform for the future of work,” said Alex Rampell, General Partner at a16z. “Larridin has truly defined the standard for enterprise AI measurement.”

Larridin’s New Initiative to Benchmark AI’s Impact on Enterprise Work

As part of a new initiative to provide enterprises with ongoing data-driven insights into AI adoption, productivity, and ROI, Larridin introduced its quarterly Engineering AI Impact Report: Q3 2026. Drawing on proprietary data from more than 1,000 engineers across its customer base, the report examines how AI is changing engineering output, spending, code quality, and team structures. The report highlights that AI-assisted pull requests surged from 35% in April to 62% in September; however, this increased productivity led to review delays, causing median wait times for initial human code reviews to increase by 50% over the same period.

The findings highlight the need for enterprises to measure not just how much work AI helps produce, but also the cost, quality, and efficiency of that work as organizations scale their AI investments.
